What is the best led grow light for growing cannabis?

Lighting is one of the most important factors in indoor horticulture. Whether growing indoors or outdoors, you must look for a viable lighting source. Of course there are different opinions on which brand of lights is best. The latest generation of LED grow light is the quantum board LED growth light and LED Grow Light Bar. They are full spectrum, produce the least heat and consume much less electricity. Ensure that the light is sufficient to meet the growing area of flowers and vegetables. Beware of those small and cheap LEDs, because they are fine in the vegetarian stage, but they don’t spend much energy.

General speaking, if the full spectrum led grow light can meet this standard is fine for plants growing :

Seeding : 200~400umol/m2/s

Veg: 400~600umol/m2/s

Flowering: 600~800umol/m2/s

But As strong as possible. Cannabis can grow under any lights but the light has to be a minimum of 600 umols for the cannabis plant to grow at all and sunlight is 2000 umols. Recent research from Canada has found that light intensities of greater than 2000 even as high as 3000 umols can grow cannabis faster and stronger with greater biomass assuming you raise nutrient intake and water as well and heat is controlled.
