What is the difference between Cannabis Sativa and Cannabis Indica?
Cannabis is a group of plants. But the US government only acknowledging one species (Cannabis sativa L.) while the general scientific community acknowledges three, Cannabis sativa L. from eastern Europe, Cannabis indica from southern and southeastern Asia, and Cannabis ruderalis from Siberia. Sativa plants are taller and more highly branched; whereas, indica plants are shorter and grow broader leaves
Indica cannabis
Usually, Indica cannabis is a short, dense plant with wide leaves. Indica rice usually grows faster and yields higher than sativa varieties. Drugs produced from Indica cannabis plants have higher CBD and lower THC counts.
Effect: as we all know, indica cannabis can produce more “body height” than “head height”. It is usually used to relax, stimulate appetite, help sleep and relieve pain.

Sativa cannabis
