What is the best grow light for the vegetation cycle of cannabis plants?

In general, strong blue light is obviously more suitable for plant growth, while strong red light is more suitable for flowering. But this does not mean that plants do not need more red light during vegetative growth, or do not need more blue light during flowering.

In any garden, the vegetative stage is the basis for successful flowering or flowering stage. After all, it is in the vegetative growth stage that most of the roots are created and the structure of the plant (the spacing between branches and the strength of the overall stem) is established.
