How long does it take to grow the cannabis plant fully?

The growth time of marijuana growing varies from variety to variety and depends entirely on the growth method. There are many factors that will affect the total time you spend growing buds, including your strain, setting and how big your plant plan to grow your plants. If you grow the marijuana plant indoors it is easy to manipulate the plant to grow indefinitely by adjusting the hours of light you are giving the plant.

First of all, you must know that there are several stages in the growth of marijuana, and there are four stages in the growth cycle – germination, seeding, vegetation and flowering.

From seed to harvest, it takes an average of 5 to 6 months to fully grow indoors by LED Grow Lights, There are some fast flowering varieties and self flowering, as well as a mixture of the two, they will pass through it faster. Generally speaking, four months is the best. 5 or 6 is the normal range. It grows from seeds.

1- Germination – 1 to 2 weeks (but sometimes seeds take 3 or 4 weeks to germinate)

2- Seedlings – 2 to 4 weeks

3- Vegetative growth – 1 to 2 months

4- Flowering – 8 weeks (rapid inbred line and rapid indica rice) to 14 weeks (Landrace, old style sativas and some hybrids)

If you plant outdoors, it usually takes seven months from early April to the end of October to grow a cannabis plant from seeds. In Cold weather ,strains will be ready a month in advance. Usually you can get two self flowering crops at the same time – the first group is harvested around the beginning of July (assuming you start planting indoors), and the replacement (germination and sowing before the first group harvest) will be completed in October.
